Looks at prejudgment remedies, the garnishment of wages and other debts, the enforcement of money judgments against real and personal property, and fraudulent conveyances and fraudulent preferences. Canvasses the regulation of collection agencies and credit companies, as well as consumer bankruptcy and insolvency.
